Healthy Lunchbox Workshop

We understand the challenge. Not only are we busy health professionals we are parents as well. We know the ins and outs of how to please a picky kid at mealtime and meet all the school guidelines while making a lunch your child will love. We will walk you through including healthy foods, quick and easy lunchbox ideas with live demos. More than just walking away with expert lunchbox knowledge, there is an opportunity to walk away with prizes to help you build healthy lunches!
